I first contacted Kerri on the internet with questions about a 2004 Cherokee Ltd. in thier ad. Unfortunately it was sold. Kerri then sent me ads for a 2006 and 2005. Upon arrival we asked for Kerri, since she does the internet stuff we were given John for a salesman. John was very friendly and courteous. Also knowledable. John took very good care of us and tried hard to get a deal made to fit our needs. He did very well. We then went to see Kelly. That also was a good experience. After leaving my car parked at the Denver Airport for a week, my windshield wiper fluid did work. I couldn't drive home so spent the night in a motel. I went to 4 different dealers in the Denver area, no week, my windshield wiper fluid did work. I couldn't drive home so spent the night in a motel. I went to 4 different dealers in the Denver area, none who could fix the problem due to back log. One dealer stated the windshield wiper pump was broke. Needless to say, I drove home (over 60 miles) squirting my windshield with anti-icing from a spray bottle. Being from Arizona I had NO clue. I contacted the Faricy Boys Jeep Dealer in Colorado Springs and Dave got me in immediately. Well, the pump wasn't out.....the lines were frozen. They were de-frozen by the dealership and I was on my way. I was shuttled to home and picked up for this service. Dave was friendly and professional as were the shuttle drivers. My car will only be serviced at Faricy Boys.........way to go guys and thanks. More

The 2012 Nissan Altima, which I ended up purchasing, immediately caught my eye, but I was worried that I would not be able to afford it; I am a twenty-four year old about to embark on a more established career path. Upon my arrival to Faricy, Kerri was most helpful and I test drove the Nissan I had seen online--it ended up being on sale and exactly in my price range! I knew it was the car I wanted to buy, and when it came to financing, Kelly was able to get me a great deal on my payments--including a bumper to bumper warranty. Overall, my experience at Faricy was refreshing. All that I came into contact with were professional and not your typical pushy car sales associates. This is the third purchase I've made from the Faricy Boys, and in particular Tom Dominguez. Both Faricy and Tom have always treated me and my family right, and with much respect. I have never felt pressured to purchase or not, and Tom has been honest and upfront with me, keeping expectations realistic. I'm a firm believer of expectation management. Tom was able to find the exact vehicle I was interested in. Though a little embarrassed, after having stated I would purchase the vehicle and going through the entire paperwork process, my wife and I felt we needed to discuss the purchase a little more, so I requested to wait a few days to complete the purchase. Absolutely no pressure. Tom stated he understood and just to let him know if we were still interested. This team of sales people are great. I will write a follow up review about finance once completed. I will be a continued return customer at Faricy for any other vehicle purchases I make. I enjoy visiting a place where the feelings of respect are mutual, I trust their work (as they've proven it to me time and time again), and they have worked hard to treat me right and achieve excellent results in the vehicle experience (which can certainly be painful). For the dealership as a whole I sat around for quite a long time (greater than an hour) waiting to finalize a deal which was not pleasant. I do not believe it should have taken that long, especially since the dealership was not even busy that evening. More
