She found the perfect Jeep for us and represented us fairly in negotiations on price, trade, and options. We feel fortunate that Kelly was the one who helped us buy our new Jeep and that she will be there to take care of us in the future. Faricy's customer service was superb on several levels. First, I might as well have been working with my father in working with Dave Smith - a true gentleman and professional who followed up with me withou First, I might as well have been working with my father in working with Dave Smith - a true gentleman and professional who followed up with me without ever making me feel pressured. He was awesome throughout the entire process. Secondly, 11 days after I purchased my car - with no warranty - it failed to start and I had to have it towed. Of course, I was worried that I was going to get stuck with the bill. Well, several thousand dollars later in parts alone, I was told that Faricy would cover all of the expenses. Whew! I was sweating bullets! For both of these reasons, I have been singing Faricy's praises ever since. . . And to think that I almost bought a Crossfire from your neighbors just a couple weeks before, but walked out because the customer service was so lacking (and we later learned the salesman we were working with was arrested on five different charges, to include first degree murder). Yikes! So, thank you for a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my little 2004 Crossfire and so appreciate you doing the right thing by covering the repairs. This car was a gift to myself for surviving a divorce and breast cancer simultaneously, so thank you. Shelly Kennedy More
