The vehicle in question was clearly advertised and sold with a Nebraska salvage title, which was disclosed on the vehicle’s online listing, window sticker, and purchase paperwork. Buyers receive all applicable history reports before purchase and must acknowledge the title status in writing. We understand that salvage title vehicles have different market values than clean title vehicles, which is why our pricing reflects this and is competitive with similar salvage/rebuilt vehicles in the marketplace. Salvage and rebuilt title vehicles are legal to sell in Nebraska as long as the title status is disclosed — and we strictly follow all state and federal disclosure requirements. While we regret that you feel dissatisfied, at no point was the vehicle represented as having a clean title. We encourage any potential customer to review vehicle history reports, inspect the vehicle, and ask questions before making a purchase, and we are always happy to provide full transparency on the title and history of any vehicle we sell.
