I worked with Anthony and Ryan Cook. Anthony did a great job helping me, but Ryan told me I couldn’t get the lower interest rate without the warranty. The warranty was $4500. He didn’t tell me the cost of the warranty, just what my payments would be a month. On top of that, he charged me $2000 more than what I said I’d pay for it. I’m upside down on my loan, before I even left the lot. My credit score is in the 800’s. They just took advantage of me buying my first car from a dealership. Some of this is my fault. I should have paid more attention, but everything went so fast. I learned my lesson the hard way. Read everything line on that contract. More

They talk you into a warranty by saying it just raises your monthly payment just a little but never tell you that it adds 4 grand to your loan and adds another year of payments. Then when you get your first bill and realize that it's what happened, they will charge you 35% fee of the 4 grand of the warranty. Worst customer service ever! They will not help you!!!! More
