Missing Title an hour ago-Edit I purchased a car at the Internet Car Lot on 11/15/19. As of 1/9/2020 the title has not been sent over to the county so I cannot g an hour ago-Edit I purchased a car at the Internet Car Lot on 11/15/19. As of 1/9/2020 the title has not been sent over to the county so I cannot get my car licensed. I have called numerous times and they have told me that it will be ready any day. They have been stating this since the week of 12/1/19. The only status update I get from them is that “we are trying”. I’m getting ready to make my 2nd loan payment and I have a car that I cannot license. I’m extremely concerned that they sold me a car without having the title. Who knows if it even has one at this point? I did a little research and I found that they have 30 days to transfer the title over to the county office which was a long time ago. I’m running out of options and just sent off a consumer complaint form to the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board. Next step is to file a lawsuit against them if its not completed here at the 60 day mark. I kind of took everyone else’s complains lightly before I purchased my vehicle. Now I really believe that they are almost all true. Don’t let this be you and proceed with caution when you deal with this business. In an online world businesses can also give themselves high ratings. All you need is an email account.....right? I wish I could give no stars. More

Great group of people! Showed up later in the evening after coming home from vacation to look at a Jeep for our daughter!
