The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. But, unfortunately the service waiting area leaves something to be desired. The seating was disgusting. I've been using this Service for decades. It is impossible to get through to the service department or get a callback from the manager. They recorded my mileage with an extra zero. The computer thinks that I've added an almost extra 100, 000 miles in two months. The car computer says that I needed an oil change after two months and a brake fluid flush. I can't recall if I ever needed this with all the Honda's that I have leased. Though courteous, the Service Advisor told me it's the way I'm driving. The wrong name came up when I called my Service Advisor's extension. More
