Horrible communication, takes 3 days for advisor to call back with an update. Tried to take advantage of me due to situation out my control. Estimate was over a $1000 until I got my insurance involved then back with an update. Tried to take advantage of me due to situation out my control. Estimate was over a $1000 until I got my insurance involved then it became $600. Based on this horrible service experience I will be choosing another brand when my lease is up. Honda makes a good product but when things go wrong you should provide quality and trustworthy service. More

I was waiting there for oil change about 90 mins. They should let me know before the service. The manager gave me the better price than the person dealed with me. I bought my car brand new at New Babylon in 2019 and only have ever serviced it there. This was the worst experience so far. Very disappointed. The check-in attendant was at lunch. So after waiting outside w have ever serviced it there. This was the worst experience so far. Very disappointed. The check-in attendant was at lunch. So after waiting outside went to speak with Steven. He normally is on top of his game. Asked him about a fuel pump recall, he said he would update me on it but never did. Then he went to lunch and never saw him for the rest of the day. Came in for an oil change but got upsold the D check. It took over 4.5 hours while waiting there. There was no mention that it would take that long. Past visits including the C check never took more than 2 hours-2.5 hours. When I asked the other service department lady about the recall was told stories that it did not apply. Had to check in with the payment people and other people working in the service department for a time update. No one had an answer. Finally, the woman in the service department asked Fenix to check in with the technician working on my car. Was told it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later again went to check-in and finally, they said it will be done and Fenix would drive it around for me. Another 15 minutes later the car finally came out. Overall, poor communication, poor customer service, time estimates were inaccurate, and the staff was not proactive at all. I am deciding whether I will return to get my car serviced at New Babylon again. As of now leaning towards no. More
