Babylon Honda - Service Center

the service to our car was great. The only issue I have is that I was sent an email asking if I had any concerns and could I give a review. I don't usually give reviews to be honest. I sent a note back about a concern I had with the recall item that was performed (to Kasandra). I never received anything back so about a week later, I emailed her again.... still waiting. The least she could do is respond to the email even if she didn't know the answer. It makes me think that the follow up email that she sent was not really sincere. Otherwise, the service was good. Would have been perfect if there was no follow up email lol. More

Very easy to schedule service when needed. Service advisor was very knowledgeable and suggested services my car was due for. Have a appointment at 11am, on time, been told minimum time is 1and half or 2hours. But when everybody gone(including people came after me) I still waiting, after I asked she said she will go check, and t time is 1and half or 2hours.
