Horrible. I came in for an oil change after driving home heard a scraping sound from under the car, determined that the undercarriage wasn’t secured, was missing two screws. Upon returning to the dealership heard a scraping sound from under the car, determined that the undercarriage wasn’t secured, was missing two screws. Upon returning to the dealership service department, was told I would be charged a 70$ fee, my car was not only still under warranty but I was here because someone from the service department messed up!!! Also, after waiting 2 hours for the fix I was told that I would be charged 5$ for replacement bolts. MA’AM YOUR GUYS MESSED UP I AM NOT PAYING A CENT FOR THIS WORK. ITS RIDICULOUS AND INCONSIDERATE THAT YOU ARE EVEN MAKING ME WAIT TWO HOURS FOR INSTALLING TWO BOLTS. Babylon Honda Service department also always makes you hunt for what you were promised at the dealer. Miraculous every time I come in for a free oil change that was included with the first month of sale they have to look high and low for my records on file, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More

Everyone was nice and professional. However, I came in to get one of my tires patched from a flat the day before. I had to change the tire and use the temporary spare. I inspected what cause the flat. A metal shard the size of a 1/4 inch nail. But flat. Stuck in the middle thread. So I felt confident that a plug or patch would fix it. It cost more money. But, I went with a patch. So the I brought my car in at 7:30am. I was there early cause I knew there will be a line. I was 3 in line. 1/2 hour past waiting in the waiting room. the service member that help me told me that I needed to replace my tire because nail was on the side wall of the tire. I responded that is not true. They then want back to talk to the mechanic. Came back 5 min and change their story to the hole is too big. They don't know if they can patch it. Well. I told them to patch it. And it's been fine so far. No flat. The tire is good. So I saved my self $250 for having the sense to see the xxxxxxxx. There is to many crooks that try to take advantage of people in the auto industry. Be honest instead of trying to make a quick few bucks. More
