I bought or lease my car Thursday june 24th 2021. The dealership only gave me 1 key for the car. They told me the key will be ordered. I tried calling everyday from june 24th to July 3rd. We MADE THE APPT A FEW WEEKS IN ADVANCE, AND THEY TOOK THE CAR IN KEPT IT FOR 4 HOURS, UPDATED THE SOFTWARE, THEN CALLED FOR US TO PICK IT UP AND RESCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT. TO INSTALL NEW FUEL PUMP! THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PUMP!!!!THEY COULD HAVE CALLED US TO RESCHEDULE WHEN THEY HAD THE PART, INSTEAD OF HAVING US MAKE ANOTHER TRIP AND DISRUPTING ANOTHER DAY!
