If it was possible I would give a minus 5 stars. I was there for 3 hours for an inspection with no thing wrong. No one ever came to speak to me about what was going on and I inquires at the cashier des t there for 3 hours for an inspection with no thing wrong. No one ever came to speak to me about what was going on and I inquires at the cashier des twice and then I finally wwent back to the service desk and and confronted them about waht was going on. My car was ther over 2 1/2 hours at that point and they had to and find out what was happening. Then when my car was finally ready the cashier called me to tell me it was ready. Still no one came to speak to me about what was going on. I did not work with the people below. More
The service man Steve was quite condescending upon my initial intake info on Monday, so not called for. Waited another two and have hours on Wednesday for repair— no loner car available—really? Part replaced but now have new issues with head lights and dash indicator lights. My lease has been since April 15, 2021 and I’m extremely disappointed with service. I have just learned that the “ new Honda” is part of Atlantic- the complete reason I left Atlantic Chevrolet. If this car becomes a lemon issue it will not fare well for Honda. More

They were Terri ble my car is like new and they didn't put new inspection on it.
