Unprofessional. I had to bring my 2019 Honda Civic here because the fuel pump was recalled, and I needed an inspection. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. Upon arrival they asked me how much gas I because the fuel pump was recalled, and I needed an inspection. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. Upon arrival they asked me how much gas I had in my car and I said a full tank. They said they can only fix the recall if there is less than a half a tank on has in the car. Someone should have told me that before hand, how would I know that. They had to reschedule the service for two weeks later. I told them they could still follow through with the inspection. When they called that my car was ready to be picked up, I got dropped off there and STILL waited an hour. Why call me and tell me it's ready if it's not?? I work from home so I went to pick it up thinking I would be back home in 10 minutes since I live down the block, I was back home an hour and a half later. Very poor service. If my car wasn't a lease I would not be bringing it here. More
I was in and out for my oil change. Thank you for quick and efficient service! I wish the website was user friendly though to make an appointment. I struggle with it. HRV was taken in for Recall. Returned with every possible dashboard warning flashing. Waited 4 days for an appointment to return the vehicle. Told that the wrong recall correction was completed?!?! We had to coordinate car rides to get family to and from work. Never, ever received a follow up call before appt or during. We will NEVER bring our Honda to Babylon Honda again. We cannot trust the quality of their service or customer service. Shame on you Babylon Honda More

Terrible customer service. My car was there for over a week. I think they forgot about it because when I called after 24 hours for status, I couldn’t get anyone on the whole.
