My son brought in his 2019 Honda Accord and spoke with kassandra for a tire replacement. He was quoted a price of $206 plus the $45 to install. He gave permission/authorization over the phone for them to kassandra for a tire replacement. He was quoted a price of $206 plus the $45 to install. He gave permission/authorization over the phone for them to replace the tire. When he went to pick up the car, the price of the tire listed was $238 plus the $45 to instal. When he questioned the difference in price after the fact, he was told “oh yea the tire originally quoted was discontinued and we had to use a more expensive one” no one ever called to tell him of the price increase nor did he technically authorize them to put the more expensive tire on the car. Basically they were like sorry no one called you but it is what it is. I mean its not our fault the tire was discontinued and honda should have honored the price he was quoted originally. More
