Very poor service, had appointment and still took 2.5 hours. Asked for help and no one knew anything. No way an appointment for a new car 1st oil change should take this long. Polite and friendly - didn't try to upsell me. They do need new chairs in the waiting room. A free car wash would be nice as I know other dealers offer that with a services call need new chairs in the waiting room.
