Two different repairs, over $3,000. The car still is not driving correctly. Every time I bring in my vehicle, I leave spending over $1,000 each time. When I got home I noticed a few new nicks and scratches on my car that weren’t there before servicing. Vehicle, 2022 Odyssey with 350 miles, was brought in on a Saturday for a strange sound coming from front end that could only be heard while driving. I was called hours later and told they couldn't hear the Saturday for a strange sound coming from front end that could only be heard while driving. I was called hours later and told they couldn't hear the sound and to pick up my car, and that I might have to pay a $75 diagnostic fee. When I said it was unacceptable that the car wasn't being diagnosed, I was told I could test drive it with a technician to hear it BUT they wouldn't be able to go out on the road with me because they were all unavailable and I'd need to wait until another day. When I arrived, it was apparent by the mileage, that the car was never test driven. I ended up test driving vehicle with technician on Monday morning, and he was able to hear the noise I heard, but he said he wasn't going to be able to spend more than a couple of hours on it since he was leaving early. When I called a few hours later for an update, I was told they couldn't tell where the sound was coming from. I was advised that I should drive the car more to break it in. I brought it to a different dealership two days later that was able to fix my car. They heard the noise on a test drive that ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE, and identified the cause of the noise. I will never visit Babylon Honda again. It is my intention to make anyone and everyone aware that Babylon Honda will lie, and never help you. More
I thought I was having a problem with my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid and Fenix was excellent in describing how the battery and motor works in powering the car.
