Employees were all very professional & polite. I was second person in line and it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. Got there early and had to wait 45mins after opening to use the restroom as the cleaning person would not allow anyone to use the simple oil change. As usual the service was excellent at the dealership. I had a problem trying to make an appointment. I tried calling 6 times over a 3 day period and no one answered the phone. Two different repairs, over $3,000. The car still is not driving correctly. Every time I bring in my vehicle, I leave spending over $1,000 each time.
