The diagnosis & repair was time consuming, 3 days in total. The proposed repair cost was extremely high. Honda parts were not available at a Honda dealership? The dealer is not set up to repair cars total. The proposed repair cost was extremely high. Honda parts were not available at a Honda dealership? The dealer is not set up to repair cars that are 10+ years old and not on lease. I was shocked to hear that front brakes would cost $1700 to repair. Exhaust System $1700 to repair. The total proposed bill for my requested services was over $4000. Maybe that is the strategy, overwhelm the customer with and extremely high bill in an effort to push the customer towards the purchase of a new vehicle. Any one of those repairs at a private shop would have been 50-75% less. Honda has to get a bit more realistic with their pricing. I needed the truck for work and could not afford to have it down for 1 week. The service manager was nice enough.....I just felt that their hands were tied. More

The car repair service ever! It took 9 days to get my car back! It was near impossible to get my service advisor Steve on the phone and when I did, he gave nothing but lame excuses on the delay. I’ve been go back! It was near impossible to get my service advisor Steve on the phone and when I did, he gave nothing but lame excuses on the delay. I’ve been going to Babylon Honda for service got 11 years and I get that everyone has a bad day once in a while but 9 bad days?... Babylon Honda was a embarrassment to themselves and Steve the service advisor was basically useless. The New Babylon Honda is terrible and lost a loyal customer due to their incompetence. More
