I have a 2003 Honda Accord and a 2017 CRV Touring. I have always used Reed as my service advisor because i trust him. He always explains everything clearly and is not pushy. However, i cannot give you a perf always used Reed as my service advisor because i trust him. He always explains everything clearly and is not pushy. However, i cannot give you a perfect score because of the conditions in the waiting room. The chairs are all cracked and the door leading to the parking lot is broken and slams loudly all the time. The New Babylon Honda is not so new. You need to put some money into that room. More

Service was completed in a timely manner. Only complaint was drop off. I dropped the car off after hours and the key drop off location was not completely visible and was hard to locate.
