I have a 2003 Honda Accord and a 2017 CRV Touring. I have always used Reed as my service advisor because i trust him. He always explains everything clearly and is not pushy. However, i cannot give you a perf always used Reed as my service advisor because i trust him. He always explains everything clearly and is not pushy. However, i cannot give you a perfect score because of the conditions in the waiting room. The chairs are all cracked and the door leading to the parking lot is broken and slams loudly all the time. The New Babylon Honda is not so new. You need to put some money into that room. More

Service was completed in a timely manner. Only complaint was drop off. I dropped the car off after hours and the key drop off location was not completely visible and was hard to locate. Don't bring your car here for service! Brought my 2019 Civic in for a state inspection and an estimate for a cosmetic repair on the bumper. Got quoted a price by Brian, our service rep, and decided to go Civic in for a state inspection and an estimate for a cosmetic repair on the bumper. Got quoted a price by Brian, our service rep, and decided to go through with the repair. We paid for the needed parts and scheduled a day to bring it back in to get the job done. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning (1/23). With painting, we were told it would take 2 or 3 days. Called them on Tuesday 1/26 to ask about the status of the car and was told "We don't know. Call back tomorrow." Called back the next day (Wednesday 1/27) to see what progress was made and was told again by Brian that "he really didn't know what was going on" with the car and that maybe we would get it back on Friday. On Thursday (1/28), I got a message from Brian telling me to call him because they found sone additional things that needed to be repaired. When I finally got him on the phone he told me that we needed some new radar sensors and a few other items that were not included in the initial quote. When I asked how much this would cost, the answer was once again..."I don't know." The car had just been in for an oil change and inspection. There was no mention of this at that time. To top it all off, he tells me that my insurance company had called him. Why? I hadn't called them. The repair we were doing cost less than my deductible. Why the heck would I start a claim on that? Very strange. Brian then quotes me a new estimated price of over $2000, but couldn't give me an exact number. When I asked how this was missed and why it wasn't put into the initial quote, we got another..."I don't know." We had the initially agreed upon repair done and got our car the heck out of there. A 2 day repair took 6 days! I've been coming to this shop for over 13 years. Ever since it became the "New" Babylon Honda, it hasn't been the same. They're shady now. "I don't know" if we'll ever use this shop again. Probably not. More
