I’m really upset with my last experience with the service center. I had a TPMS light come on after I had a tire plugged (different than the tire pressure light, which I didn’t know...my fault) I went to the center. I had a TPMS light come on after I had a tire plugged (different than the tire pressure light, which I didn’t know...my fault) I went to the service center to see if somehow I had messed up the censor with the previous damage to my tire. I was told they would look at the car for me and IF there was a problem with the censor being faulty, I would be charged the $150 diagnosis fee which would be credited towards the work being done(even though my lease is through them and I’m still under warranty, fine I get some things aren’t covered). There was nothing wrong with the censor and I was charged the same diagnosis fee to tell me now I just need new tires. I really just wanted to know why this light was on, they could’ve told me It might be on because I might need new tires. I was completely misled and when I told the service guy he told me I would only be charged if there was something wrong with the censor , he told me “I know I get confused with this stuff too , I’m still learning” ... REALLY? He told me the light was on because the tire tread depth was so low on the front tires that it threw the entire car off balance... sure ? i will not go back to this service center More

Staff was pleasant and service was performed quickly on a Saturday no less. Two causes of concern. I was offered a differential Flush for $199.00 ,which at 18000 miles is not necessary and not advised by H Saturday no less. Two causes of concern. I was also offered a cabin air filter for $89.99, which is far more than it's worth considering I purchased it myself for $15.00 and installed it in five minutes, myself. I was also told how dirty it was although what I was being shown was a charcoal impregnated filter, which should look that way, I know everyone have to make money ,but come on guys! The two services I did have done, a wiper blade change and tire rotation which would be appropriate items but not overly expensive were not offered. If the service advisors would just offer normal items during a routine service, the experience would be better. Since I come from the automotive industry but don't perform my own service work any longer, I know exactly what is being explained to me and what needs to be done and what is "fluff". I will continue to have my service performed at Babylon Honda but will continue to exercise caution. More
Brian is fantastic. He is kind, knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers. First they chipped paint off the back of the car. Then, they put two gashes in the front right bumper area under the light and pitted my hood (which I was told they did not do, but how else would that happen to a 2 year old car? It never happened to my old car which was a sedan not an SUV). Now, there are two gashes in my windshield that I did not do and did not realize until I took my car out after I picked it up. I paid quite a lot of money this service time, and it is ridiculous that I keep having my car damaged. I am very detailed oriented and know if there was something I did to the car. I would never blame Honda for something I did. But this I DID NOT do. These issues take away from the stellar service Brian provides and that is NOT fair. I did not buy a Kia. I bought a Honda and expected better from the service techs (aside from Brian- like I said hes awesome). More
Not a great experience. Dropped my car for a scheduled appointment. Provided details of all 5 items in the appointment record to be reviewed under my 5yr, 100,000 mile 4+ Star bumper to bumper warranty c appointment. Provided details of all 5 items in the appointment record to be reviewed under my 5yr, 100,000 mile 4+ Star bumper to bumper warranty coverage policy purchased thru Honda. Upon arrival had to review and repeat all items again and basically told the warranty was useless. No update on repairs until 4pm and told to come and pick up the car by 4:30PM. The service rep who was handling my car had to leave early and only the battery was resolved at my cost which was double what I could have purchased an OEM unit. It's now obvious that Honda misrepresents these warranty plans. The feeling of having now being ripped off buying a 5yr, or 100,000 mile 4+ Star bumper to bumper warranty policy does not bode well for Honda. More
