I brought my car to Babylon as another dealer had not installed my windshield properly and there was water inside the vehicle. Brian was my service advisor and was always in contact with me advising me installed my windshield properly and there was water inside the vehicle. He took the time to be in contact with corporate Honda who was tasked with paying for my new windshield. He was patient, knowledgeable and always reachable.
