Service rep good. Dealer cancelled state inspections which were promised for free when I bought the car 2016 Pilot. Bad customer service and bad business move. Brian Cajigas was my service advisor. Brought car in for one year inspection and rotating tires. He suggested I do some sort of fluid change which I plan on doing during next oil change. There was some confusion in reaching me at my work number & I did get upset. However, Fenix Villar was very helpful, tried to reach me & left messages for me at my home number. In fact, the next day, as & I did get upset. However, Fenix Villar was very helpful, tried to reach me & left messages for me at my home number. I have responded to this several times. Coming to the service department was not my first choice, however my alarm was continuously sounding and no one could disarm it. Only the dealership. After waiting service department was not my first choice, however my alarm was continuously sounding and no one could disarm it. Only the dealership. After waiting 4 hours, I was told it was my key fob (an answer that floods online forums). I was also told that the vehicle was showing no codes (I was told later by another service adviser that it wouldn't show codes because I drove it???- do you guys talk to each other?) I buy a new key fob, I go home. Not one hour after returning home the alarm is going off. When I went back to the service center, I was asked to come to the car with the service adviser, he found no answer and when another customer caught his attention, he just walked away. GREAT SERVICE! Maybe I should put in an application since I FIXED IT MYSELF. I will not be returning under any circumstances. More
