Service was outstanding as always. However we waited close to three hours to get back our car for a simple oil change. The car was completed in less than an hour and waiting in the parking lot while we close to three hours to get back our car for a simple oil change. The car was completed in less than an hour and waiting in the parking lot while we were told a few times that the paperwork needed to be completed. I would like to see more effort given to serve the customers and understand that we do not have all day to sit around until they are good and ready to ring us up. Also the one cashier had a superiority complex and attitude. This needs to improve. FAST. Also if we are waiting for the car, its unnecessary for us to have to approve work over a website that doesn't work. A bit frustrating and impersonal. Otherwise very satisfied with the quality of the work. More

Staff was curtious, service was timely. Car was bought in for 4 recalls and driver window squeaking occasionally going down. Window squeaked when I was home so I went back and was told not covered under wa for 4 recalls and driver window squeaking occasionally going down. Window squeaked when I was home so I went back and was told not covered under warranty that I purchased for additional $2000. They did grease tracks as a courtesy and did fix temporarily as window did make squeaking sound yesterday. It is not a contestant sound. Car is 15 months old with only 5000 miles on it. My concern is warranty not covering this problem. More

Brian was great to work with. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions.
