Fenix does an outstanding job explaining exactly what is needed and why. I never trusted dealerships for service; but Fenix has always been straight with me and provide accurate information. No BS. Work was performed in a very timely manner; no complaints. However, when I purchased my 2016 Pilot it came with free NYS inspections for as long as I own it. With the recent sale of Babylon Honda, the Atlantic group unilaterally discontinued free NYS inspections. I believe the inspection stickers cost $3 and they are doing most of the inspection points that come with the oil change & free inspection-- except for emissions. Any issues found would have been fixed by the dealer at that time. I was given a "goodwill" no charge inspection this time. I'm sure there will be more changes from the Atlantic group and I hope they retain dba -Babylon Honda Service. More
Everyone was nice while is was waiting for my car to be serviced, but it took longer than I expected. The service area could have had at least provided cold bottled water to drink because I had to wait so serviced, but it took longer than I expected. I would definitely recommend this Honda dealership. A little slow for just an oil change, but other than that it was fine. I understand due to the covid rules it has to be this way. Warranty Repair There were two issues, one was a part that was kind of defective on the vehicle and the other was the acc was not working. Originally the incorrect part was either ordered or received and the service rep was very apologetic and said the part was coming overnight and he would contact me. It did and he did and the repair was completed the very next day. As far as the adaptive cruise control. It was repaired the first time I brought the vehicle in. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience. The part being wrong, things happen.... This is where I will bring my new vehicle in for service in the future. More

This was the second time I made a waiting appointment for an oil change, the first one was I made before I had to be at work and they told me I would be the first waiting appt. it took them 3 hrs and I was late for work the 2nd time they had so many cars that the person told me it will be at least 3 hours. To me 3 hrs for an oil chg is ridiculous. when I made the appt. they should be honest or do a better scheduling. More

A Cool experience. Air conditioner condenser failed about a month ago. 2 weeks to get the part and a week to get an appt. 5 hrs of service and the replacement condenser Air conditioner condenser failed about a month ago. 2 weeks to get the part and a week to get an appt. 5 hrs of service and the replacement condenser leaked just like the original. lucky they had a second part that they replaced with the faulty replacement and i drove home cool as a cucumber. my service rep, REED, did a great job for me. Sounds like i should have been annoyed about three plus weeks without air conditioning but the COVID-19 environment has disturbed all aspects of our lives and i am happy to have my car restored.
