Taking Coronavirus into consideration I still rated this average. I had a scheduled appointment and opted to wait for my vehicle...3 hours later I was done. The cashier is the last point of contact, why not the first point of contact? Basic courtesy goes a long way. I didn't mind the wait more than lack of communication.
