I brought my car in on a Saturday to fix a dent on my 30 day new lease and was told I would hear back with information by Tuesday. I also was given the okay to make this appt. on a Saturday when I didn’t kn day new lease and was told I would hear back with information by Tuesday. I also was given the okay to make this appt. on a Saturday when I didn’t know my car needed to be sent over to another place to get fixed and these appts. were to be made during the week, no one instructed me on this. I called Monday and was told someone would call me back, no one did. I called Tuesday and was told again someone would call me back, no one did again. I called Wednesday and spoke with Ashley and she was the only person who actually helped me and called back when she said she was going too. My claim had to be turned over from one employee to another because the gentleman never once contacted me. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown at the Babylon Service Department. I was waiting around for days before anyone told me what was going on with my vehicle. I have brought my car into the Bethpage Service Department with prior leases and always was up to date on the situation. I’d like to thank Ashley for her assistance. More

Just got an oil change, I went on a Saturday morning and the service advisor Reed kept me informed of my service to my car.
