Warranty Repair I had an issue with a piece of molding that was not right on the new vehicle. I brought it in, without an appointment and the service person said the I had an issue with a piece of molding that was not right on the new vehicle. I brought it in, without an appointment and the service person said they would look at it and if I was leaving the car. I was not prepared to leave the vehicle so he suggested that I make an appointment to have it taken care of. I was able to get an appointment the very next day to have the vehicle looked at to determine the course of action to be taken. This only took about an hour to have the service person look at it with suggestions. The person attempted to repair it but could not and a new part was needed to be ordered. I was told that they would contact me but if I did not hear in about two weeks to contact them. I was satisfied with the course of action taken and awaiting the final outcome More

When I arrived for my 8:30am appointment I asked about how long the service would take. The man told me about 2hrs. After 2hre no one came to update me on the car. 3 hrs passed still nothing. She called the back and their told her it should be ready by 1pm. So I sat there for 4.5 hrs and no one came out to update me on something that Steven claimed would be 2hrs. More

The service was good and the service manager Steve took his time in explaining things to you. He was very polite and nice to talk to. Routine oil change. I was not told by advisor they were short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk afte short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk after 1 hour wait time. Was told then they were busy and short staffed. She said I should have been told that at check in by the service advisor.which I was not told. I had a doctors appointment which I missed as a result of this two hour simple oil change. The whole thing from check in to check out was two and one half hours. a s a result of this visit I do not think I will return to Babylon Honda service. There were other people there complaining of long wait times. Bad service👎👎👎 More
