A simple oil change turned into a major headache I leased my Honda Accord in October 2019, My first complimentary oil change was in May 2020. A week later my car stalled and had to be towed. They changed the fuel injector. While trying to find out what the problem was I had to rent a car. No cars allowed during pandemic. Got the car back and ten days later it stalled out again. Again had to have it towed at my expense since it happened on the highway and was taken to Atlanta Honda.. They discovered that 8 plus quarts were put into the car causing the car to stall. Because of the error of the service department it cost me $400 for car rental and towing just to get my oil changed. Not happy at all. More
not a pleasant exoerience When I walked into service station, the man at the desk never looked up and acknowledged me, I was 4 feet away from him. He did not even address me saying that he'd be right with me. I stood there for 10 mins !!!! My maintenance light read A167 which I was told on phone was an oil change. Costing approx $40. The man then tells me the cost was $400+ . My car had 17,000 miles !!!!!! More
2nd time coming in for an oil change. They are usually quick, usually dont wait more then an hour and this time i also asked them to rotate my tires. This is the ONLY dealer service station I’ve been in, in my 63 years, that doesn’t try to push you into getting more work done. I will do what I can afford and what I think is necessary and they are always my 63 years, that doesn’t try to push you into getting more work done. I will do what I can afford and what I think is necessary and they are always so respectful of my decisions. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable. I’m generally out of there within the time frame they quote. Im only sorry that I’m moving out of state and won’t be able to use them any longer. I hope I can find another Honda dealer who treats me with the honesty and respect I get here. More
