This is the ONLY dealer service station I’ve been in, in my 63 years, that doesn’t try to push you into getting more work done. I will do what I can afford and what I think is necessary and they are always my 63 years, that doesn’t try to push you into getting more work done. I will do what I can afford and what I think is necessary and they are always so respectful of my decisions. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable. I’m generally out of there within the time frame they quote. Im only sorry that I’m moving out of state and won’t be able to use them any longer. I hope I can find another Honda dealer who treats me with the honesty and respect I get here. More

Actual work done was fine, disappointed in the service I have used this dealership for the past 10 years for my CRV and was happy with the service. I've heard that there are new owners now and maybe that's I have used this dealership for the past 10 years for my CRV and was happy with the service. I've heard that there are new owners now and maybe that's the problem. When I had a problem with my car not starting, I called to see if they had a towing service. It took 4 days to get someone to answer my question. I called multiple times and left 3 messages. I did an online chat twice. That information was sent to the dealership since they didn't know the answer. I texted with someone who was surprised that I wasn't contacted yet and assured me that the question was sent. I chose the operator as an option the 3rd time I called and got sales. After explaining how the service dept. didn't get back to me the salesman went to ask the manager about the towing.They switched me to service again anyway and the mailbox was full. No help at all. After leaving a message for the service manager I finally got a call back. I know that the full staff wasn't working due to covid-19 but there is no reason it took 4 days to get an answer to a simple question. Even though I had an appt. my car was not worked on until the next day. When I asked why they listed all those appointments as available if they didn't matter, I was told so they can see what's coming in. That's unacceptable. The site has appointments every 15 minutes. That is ridiculous. I feel like I should build a relationship with a local garage instead of traveling from Sayville to West Babylon. More

Them seems to have done the services updates as requested and so far the battery has not to drain while the car is off. Time will tell. The services person/tech who assisted us was understanding and very accommodating and handled our request very well and seemded caring. More
