Rep did not fix problem of back trunk door by foot opening by sensor. In fact he insisted my model did not have that option. Then we tried again and it did work. This is the first time I have taken my car to this dealership, it’s close to my house so I decided to take my car here. Reid was my service advisor, he was very helpful and great to work with. The service was done in a timely matter and Reid called me with any problems, etc and even when my car was ready. Picking up the car was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this dealership. He was so kind and understanding understood my problems with the car and within 1 hour the car was diagnos the first day they opened after the virus. Babylon Honda closed and did not notify me that my appointment was canceled. Auto service centers are considered essential. It is an hour round-trip for me. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Car had damage on door after service After picking up my vehicle from service on March 19th, I noticed a paint scrape on my driver's side back door. When I told my service advisor this, h After picking up my vehicle from service on March 19th, I noticed a paint scrape on my driver's side back door. When I told my service advisor this, he rolled his eyes and said "So you are saying this happened here"? I say yes and we proceed to look at the cashier to look at the vehicle data report from when it was dropped off the day prior. It showed no damage anywhere on the car as the service attendant did walk around the entire car prior to giving me that paper. Almost immediately after seeing this, my service advisor said "oh he no longer works for us now, he did not walk around the car". How is that my problem exactly? Someone else came out to look at the car (he did not tell me his name) and also said he does not know how this happened. Seeing that no one was taking responsibility, I left. The service manager was not available. I have since left two messages for the service manager to call me back, and have received no phone calls back. It is disappointing as I did purchase my vehicle here originally. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, it is disappointing they could not take responsibility. Plus to get no return phone call back does say a lot to me. More
