She was pleasant at first however when she had to come back and speak to us regarding some issues that I needed to change on my Honda civic , she was very loud, no privacy at all. She doesn’t know peoples budget or income and maybe I wasn’t able to afford it previously, that doesn’t give her the right to speak to anyone like that. More

Juan was very professional explaining the details of what my car would need based on the mileage in the car. After the car was actually evaluated by the technician, he explained more details what the car wo my car would need based on the mileage in the car. After the car was actually evaluated by the technician, he explained more details what the car would need including a replacement a defective part which will be ordered at no cost to me. Meantime, I will pick up the car after the service is completed & I would have to bring the car back when the ordered parts are received in their shop. I would recommend him for additional responsibilities. More
