A bit inconvenient I was just there Monday for some routine inspection and oil change maintenance. Yesterday discovered a problem and scheduled an appointment for this m I was just there Monday for some routine inspection and oil change maintenance. Yesterday discovered a problem and scheduled an appointment for this morning. I was informed that the part I required needed to be ordered after waiting for about 2 hours. I have to return tomorrow to wait for an additional two to three hours while the work gets done. It would have been nice had they offered a loaner car for the inconvenience, but thankfully my repair should be covered under my warranty. I truly hope it actually is. Will see tomorrow More

Forgotten Appt I was called by the mgn. of the dealership 3 days after leasing my new CRV. I was told that the computer in my car needed to be updated. I was asked I was called by the mgn. of the dealership 3 days after leasing my new CRV. I was told that the computer in my car needed to be updated. I was asked if I could bring the car in the next day to make the necessary adjustments. I was told that the service department would be notified to expect me at 1pm. When I showed up on Tuesday at 1pm the service department didn't have me on the schedule nor did they know anything about the update that needed to be done. They did however inform me that there was a recall on my car, which I picked up 3 days earlier. How is that possible, & why would they lease a brand new car without taking care of the recall before leaving the showroom. I was told the part needed to be ordered & they would call me as soon as it arrives so I could make an appt at that time. How does that happen & why did I waste my time arriving for an appt that I obviously did not have. First time dealing with this dealership & if they want to keep me as a customer they better get there act together. More

Yes they did not give her the 10K. They told her the check was in the mail, she gave them the car on August 9 so until August 26 no check at all for the car, after 6 calls– three managers (Joke) I spoke to all of them, they all say the same thing, we will call you back, I have the names of everybody I spoke to with times. - I went there to get check for my mom the same accuses the treasure is out- I told them my mom wants the car back - They said they sold. They are beyond incompetence no customer service. And yes my mom got a check on the 27th in the amount is $8300 they are liars do not believe anything they say. More

Horrible experience This was the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my car for an oil change and repair to the door locking mechanism. The car was This was the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my car for an oil change and repair to the door locking mechanism. The car was dropped off on Saturday and I was told the car would be ready on Monday when the part for the lock repair arrives. On Tuesday i contacted the dealer since no one yet contacted me. I was told the car was ready. When I picked up the car I noted that the alarm was not functioning. The alarm functioned fine when the car was dropped off. I was told the tech was gone and I had to leave the car again. The following day I called since again no one contacted me and I was told the car was ready. When my wife went to pick up the car the alarm still was not functioning. The sales tech Stephanie was rude and insisted my vehicle did not have the feature for the horn to beep when the alarm was armed. I explained that the car has always done for several years that I’ve owned the car and to this she responded “that is not possible”. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated there is no manager on duty. While arguing with Stephanie about the alarm a tech overheard the conversation and agreed that there was an alarm problem. My wife was told to wait. After an hour and a half she inquired and was told the car would be a while. She was told the car had to be left overnight again. Thursday I called to inquire about the car and service dept refused to speak with me. My calls were put into voicemail. I called several times requesting to speak with a manager. I had to go in person to get an update on the car which the alarm still did not work. I needed the car to catch a 6am Friday morning flight and my car still wasn’t ready 5 days after dropping it off for just an oil change and lock repair. I was told too bad and the facility does not offer loaner cars. Finally I saw a manager walking around and explained the situation. he agreed that the horn should beep when the alarm is armed and there was a problem. He then gave me a loaner car which I was previously told wasn’t possible. On Friday tech Stephanie called to tell me the vehicle was ready. I specifically asked about the alarm and she stated that the alarm now works properly. Today is Monday 9 days later and I will pick up the car later today. I am very frustrated by the poor customer service and how no one would direct Me to a manager despite several requests. No one in the facility cared. I will find out later today when I pick up the vehicle if the alarm is now fixed, the alarm that worked fine when the car was dropped off 9 days ago. In addition not one person has offered any kind of apology for the inconvenience and horrible customer service. More
