Excellent Customer Service I am thankful Babylon Service Dept was open until 7pm & took my car without an appt ,My tire pressure light came on while driving home from work I cal I am thankful Babylon Service Dept was open until 7pm & took my car without an appt ,My tire pressure light came on while driving home from work I called Babylon Service they said come in, I had a nail in my tire, wait time was minimal. Excellent service I love the convenience of driving into the service center, without an appointment, when time opens up in my schedule. I needed my inspection done, and I love the convenience of driving into the service center, without an appointment, when time opens up in my schedule. I needed my inspection done, and a recall item addressed. Whole visit was a little over an hour, and the waiting area has tv, free WiFi and a separate “ quiet room” , which I used to get some work done while I waited. My service tech, Chris was great, and explained what was done and what I will need on my next visit. I’m very happy with Honda service at Babylon Honda. More

I ultimately had to return to the service advisor to get the additional work authorized. More

Took to long for the service The car only has 4000 miles and is 2 years old had to have maintenance service for a break fluid change, of all the years of having a car I never had The car only has 4000 miles and is 2 years old had to have maintenance service for a break fluid change, of all the years of having a car I never had to change the break fluid. As a consumer I am not pleased with having it done. On checking the internet about changing the fluid it stated to change it every 3 years for Honda’s and other makes except Volkswagen and it says hardly never. I don’t understand why it had to be changed unless it a money thing ? Maureen More

The 3 hours I spent in the waiting room was torture having to listen to the HGTV channel blasting away! When I looked around the waiting room about half the customers were reading from books, magazines or tablet reading devices. About another 30% were busy on their smart phones and the remaining 20 % were actually watching HGTV! I suggest you turn the sound off HGTV and just have the close cation showing. I suggest you pay attention to this and survey your customers about the distracting HGTV noise. Ever day life is stressful enough as it is - Babylon Honda doesn't need to add to the noise and stress! More
