The 3 hours I spent in the waiting room was torture having to listen to the HGTV channel blasting away! When I looked around the waiting room about half the customers were reading from books, magazines or tablet reading devices. About another 30% were busy on their smart phones and the remaining 20 % were actually watching HGTV! I suggest you turn the sound off HGTV and just have the close cation showing. I suggest you pay attention to this and survey your customers about the distracting HGTV noise. Ever day life is stressful enough as it is - Babylon Honda doesn't need to add to the noise and stress! I have been bringing my Hondas for servicing at Babylon Honda since 2002, largely because of the Service Adviser I was lucky enough to meet back then, I have been bringing my Hondas for servicing at Babylon Honda since 2002, largely because of the Service Adviser I was lucky enough to meet back then, Reed Cronin. Reed would explain everything that needed to be done, in terms that I could understand. He guided me when the choice was sometimes between a repair my car needed immediately, versus something that could wait a bit. Reed took the stress out of car repairs for me. On my last visit, Reed happened to be off, and I considered rescheduling. Christie made me feel so comfortable, however, that I stayed. I waited for my car in your delightful waiting room, watching the Mets game, and Christie texted me with her cell number, in case I had any questions or concerns while waiting. Two different styles of service, to be sure, but both insure that I will continue to bring my car to Babylon Honda, and why I refer my friends. More
