Came in for routine maintenance, had to bring the car bac Did the recommended 15,000 on my 2017 Civic hatchback. Cost a little over $400 when all said and done. Immediately noticed that my seat heater lights weren’t working. The heaters were, but the lights on the panel didn’t light up. I had used them that very morning and they were fine. Next day, tire pressure light came on. Checked tire pressure. They were fine. Recalibrated sensors from the dashboard. It came back on after two more calibrations. A week later, rear defrost wasn’t functioning. The button is right next to the seat heater button. That was also fine before the first visit. The light came on, but the rear windshield never defogged. Brought it back in. Parts had to be ordered so I had to pick up the car and bring it back once the parts were in. When I picked up the car, the center console was still taken apart with the cover pieces sitting in the passenger seat. Sooo. I have to bring it in a third time to fix the things that suddenly went wrong after my first visit. Luckily the repair/replacements are covered under warranty, but these were issues that seem to have been caused at the shop. The fact that they returned the car to me with the center console not reassembled makes me further concerned about their apparent carelessness. With all that said, the facility is in great shape, and the staff has been friendly and cooperative through the whole process. More

Arrogant service rep Arrived at appointment time to have recall repair. There was only one service rep there with about 10 desks empty and four people waiting. Mentioned that additional reps would be helpful , the one person there arrogantly said there ARE other reps but there’re busy. Now I don’t think I’m unreasonable and if he had said “we do have other reps here but they’re busy, sorry for the wait I’ll help you as soon as possible”, I would have understood. When he did help me, he told me to go to the waiting area. I asked about how long the repair would take, he said one and a half to two hours. I told him I had been told about 45 minutes when I made the appointment. When I told him I would have made other arrangements had I known he said “well it takes longer.” At that point I just resigned myself to the situation and went to the waiting room. As it turned the repair was completed much more quickly, in fact so fast that I wondered if they really actually did it. Anyway the girl that checked me out was very nice and professional, however the service representative needs an attitude adjustment. More
