Oil change, tire rotation and recall I am always pleased with Babylon Honda. This time, I had made arrangements for a loaner as the recall said to plan on leaving the car for the day. M I am always pleased with Babylon Honda. This time, I had made arrangements for a loaner as the recall said to plan on leaving the car for the day. My receipt even said that I had made arrangements, however a car was not available and I waited 2 and half hours, not prepared to wait. There was obviously a mix up and the service dept. blamed it on a service company. Doesn't matter who is at fault, it didn't happen as planned and there should be a better communication with the service company, if in fact they were to blame. More

3 1/2 hours for an oil change I am not sure why it should take so long for an oil change. Part of the problem is that I have my little grandson with me & it I am not sure why it should take so long for an oil change. Part of the problem is that I have my little grandson with me & it is difficult for him to stay in a stroller for such a long time . The waiting room is not that comfortable despite being redone. There are only auto magazines to read . The old waiting room had comfortable chairs and tons of magazines and was close to stores so there was somewhere to go . Isn't there an EXPRESS line for these kinds of services ? Also, the dashboard lights no longer (since the car was serviced) go on when I turn on the head lights. I am sure that they did before. When I mentioned this to the service person , I was disparagingly told that this was "impossible" and made to feel like an idiot. Now I will need to bring this new car (covered by a warranty) to an outside mechanic. More

Waiting 3 hours before telling me my tire was damaged. I am an 85 year old woman and I brought my car for an oil change/tire rotation. For 3 hours I sat in your waiting room before I heard about my tire. I am an 85 year old woman and I brought my car for an oil change/tire rotation. For 3 hours I sat in your waiting room before I heard about my tire. My family r said I should have come home so they could look at it and purchase it cheaper than what I paid for it. I only have 12,800 miles and I was told I needed a lug nut replaced since it was rusty. He didn't charge me for the lug. My bill was $407. More
