Fenix went above and beyond explaining the recall of the 18 CRV and made sure the specific recall part was ordered for me; he personally linked the part order to my customer ID #. Jeremy in the accessories department was excellent too. This is not your typical Honda parts department. He didn't shove the product down my throat, and even called me to make sure I came in for a refund before he left for the day on the trunk liner I was not happy with.
