In for recall Was not informed of work that was going to be done in detail. Got an oil change although I didn't Need one supposable because of the recall. Recall notice was to reprogram computer an replace an ac part, so why was an oil change needed? I had to call to inquiry why they did oil change and all that I was told was it was because of recall? December service Remix is always friendly and helpful. Good but concept of time way off I thought the facility was great very accommodating clean and comfortable my service guy was amazing!! but I have to say the concept of time to them i I thought the facility was great very accommodating clean and comfortable my service guy was amazing!! but I have to say the concept of time to them is off. I brought my car in at 7:30 was told was gonna take about 2 1/2 hours I’m a realistic person I figured it may take three but was there for six so I was a little frustrated towards the end. I guess I wouldn’t of been so upset if it was in the middle of the day because that’s to be expected but bring the car in for one of the first appointments to wait that long was unexpected and I felt wrong. I hope next time when I go it’s not like that but I would definitely go back! More
