I brought my car in at 7:30 was told was gonna take about 2 1/2 hours I’m a realistic person I figured it may take three but was there for six so I was a little frustrated towards the end. I guess I wouldn’t of been so upset if it was in the middle of the day because that’s to be expected but bring the car in for one of the first appointments to wait that long was unexpected and I felt wrong. I hope next time when I go it’s not like that but I would definitely go back! More

Quick & Easy Oil Change I am skeptical of car dealerships and service centers. My family has a local mechanic we use for all of our car needs. Having bought my Honda 5 year I am skeptical of car dealerships and service centers. My family has a local mechanic we use for all of our car needs. Having bought my Honda 5 years ago (and more recently a second one) I like to use the service center since you know my car, etc. so well. I do not like to be sold a bag of tricks. When I go in for an Oil Change, PLEASE do not come out and tell me my car needs 6 other things for a total cost of $500, which includes a 'discount'. That has happened almost every other time I have been in. Steven DID NOT do that. I explained why I was there, I mentioned I had to get to a wedding afterwards. He told me what I might want to do to maintain the car - but actually said NOT to do any of them on that visit, nor the next. The oil change was completed, paperwork done by him, and off I drove in 30 minutes tops. More
