Took Too Long I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and waited for the car. After two hours I finally asked the girl at the desk what the status was and why i I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and waited for the car. After two hours I finally asked the girl at the desk what the status was and why it was taking so long. She told me they had too many cars to get to and I asked if they take in walk ups and she said no. So why take reservations if you are not going to properly schedule and allocate time. At 12:45 they told me they were almost done but that I had a nail in my tire and they recommended a patch. I asked how long it would take since I was already there a lot longer than I had planned and I was told no more than 15-20 minutes. I didn't get my car and leave until almost 1:30. Three hours for an oil change and tire patch. Unacceptable! More

Because of a " Expired Inspection Sticker " & a problem with the " NYS Inspection Machine " at other Honda Dealer, which, I always have had Excellen Because of a " Expired Inspection Sticker " & a problem with the " NYS Inspection Machine " at other Honda Dealer, which, I always have had Excellent Service, I had to seek another Honda location ASAP. Babylon Honda was near my current location. Steve Ferchak,Service Advisor,was able to have my Honda serviced and Inspected in a satisfactory time period. He was very straightforward & understanding of the urgency of having the car serviced because of the expired sticker.Thanks,Steve. More
