Friendly, Fast and Excellent Service Detected a problem Friday night with my vehicle. Sat morning I called to see if I could bring it in later in the day. I was told no problem. When I arrived, I met with my usual service adviser, Christie. Right away she greeted me with a warm smile and began documenting my issue. Monday Christie called me with the diagnosis, as well as some other things the technician discovered. All things were repaired after my authorization under my warranty and no extra charges incurred. I picked up the vehicle 2 days later and it has been fine ever since. More

I went in for an oil change, took 2.5 hours, ridiculous, my truck was done after two hours parked outside the waiting room, I did approach Steve and asked him to finish my paperwork, gave me a nasty response which ended my business with Babylon Honda, he didn’t even come out to the waiting room to explain my completed service, failing grade, I’m out, thank u, someone should retrain angry Steve!! Oil Change This is now the third time I have brought my car to this service center and for the third time, I had issues with my service. The first time in 12/201 This is now the third time I have brought my car to this service center and for the third time, I had issues with my service. The first time in 12/2017, I made an appointment for an oil change and then proceeded to have to wait for over two hours. The second time, in 6/2018, I had my oil change and inspection done and, despite being told "You will not have to pay. This is free." I was charged $60.00 which I then had to call back once I returned home to get rectified. This latest time, I again made an appointment to have my oil changed. This was challenging because over the course of two days I called multiple times and was not even able to get through to a person. I even chose the option to have someone call me back and I am still waiting for the call back. I dropped my car off at 3:50 (my appointment was at 4) and informed the gentleman who helped me that I was told on the phone it would take 45 minutes so I would leave and come back. He informed me that it would be about an hour and that he would call me when the oil change was finished. After a little more than an hour, I decided to go back to the service center and wait for the service to be completed. When I returned back at around 5:00, I saw my car parked out front so I figured that the phone call was forthcoming. After waiting another half hour, I went inside and asked if my car was ready. The young lady at the counter (who was very nice) said she would find out for me. After another 15 minutes, my keys were finally brought inside and I was able to leave. All in all, I again waited for roughly two hours for an oil change on my car after making an appointment for service. Three times getting service on my year old car, and all three times there have been issues. I do not understand why there is even the option to make an appointment if they are never honored. I would much rather take my car to Pro Lube right near my house, pay the same amount, and be home in a half hour rather than deal with this nonsense again. I understand that I am not the only customer that Honda has but my time is also valuable and I feel that if a customer makes an appointment, they should not be subjected to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. More
