First Time Using Service Center Was A Charm Outstanding facility. Clean and new looking but was told it is 5 years old. Could have fooled me. From check in with Reed Cronin at 8:30 a.m. to completion of the first oil change on our HRV at approximately 9:15 give or take. Was not watching the clock, but was very impressed. Waited for the service to be completed in a most comfortable waiting area with the most comfortable chairs. Made us feel at home and not just another customer. More

Oil change and inspection Came in for oil change and inspection. I asked them to look into a minor issue I was having. They spent 3 hours looking for the problem.
