AMAZING SERVICE Every part of the experience, from check in, to driving out after service is first rate. Everyone at the Service Center is friendly and informative. Every part of the experience, from check in, to driving out after service is first rate. Everyone at the Service Center is friendly and informative. You definitely get a sense that they care about your satisfaction. You are kept in the loop during the entire process, estimates of the time it takes and the cost are discussed, and they go out of their way to accommodate you. I had a time constraint, which, not only did they honor, they finished WAY ahead of when they said my car would be ready. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The location of the Service Center is not all that convenient for me, as I live in a town about 15 minutes away, but I won't go anywhere else but here, even if just for an oil change. More

I have never received service that exceptional at a dealer service center before, but will be returning to Babylon Honda because of him. He also called over his manager, Donna, when he realized it was a problem he’d never encountered before and she was extremely helpful too. More
