Service was Extremely Inadequate/Unprofessional/Unfriendly The skinny - What was suppose to be a quick 30 minute service p took over 2 hours due to poor service by the service rep for sure and perhaps the mech The skinny - What was suppose to be a quick 30 minute service p took over 2 hours due to poor service by the service rep for sure and perhaps the mechanic. Brought vehicle in to patch a tire that had a leak on my CRV. Service rep told me wait would be about 30 minutes; they would first check and advise if tire could be repaired with a patch. After about 45 minutes, I asked rep if everything was OK and could it be patched. The rep was surprised that the job had not yet been completed. In fact, the tire could be patched/repaired and would be completed soon. I asked again after another hour plus past, and again the rep acted surprised and asked for patience as the status was checked. Shortly thereafter, the keys/paperwork were brought to the rep and I was set free - having WASTED 2 + hours for a job that was promised in 30 minutes. TERRIBLE JOB by all at Babylon Honda Service!!! More
