Integrity Issues Just had my wife's car serviced there and also had a full brake job (pads & rotors) for both the front and back. I picked up the car, and the check en Just had my wife's car serviced there and also had a full brake job (pads & rotors) for both the front and back. I picked up the car, and the check engine light was still on. So I went in the office, and said I think the tech forgot to reset the check engine light. I was told that would that would require a diagnostic fee. Really, I mean, really. So I told them that I'll bring it somewhere else. I just walked out baffled. When I got home I looked at their "Quality Vehicle Inspection". Kid you not it states my front and rear brake linings, transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant, all require immediate attention. To make matters worse, going over the invoice, I was billed for over three (3) + hours, for two (2) hours of work! When I see a $1,420.59 on my credit card bill, I'm certainly going to contest it. More
