Honest, Efficient and Professional I took my CRV in for an oil change and inspection. The service provider asked if I had any other concerns. Iexplined that the car was a little sluggi I took my CRV in for an oil change and inspection. The service provider asked if I had any other concerns. Iexplined that the car was a little sluggish and not driving like it used to, and expressed my disappointment because I love my CRV. Ms. Irizzary recommended a tranny flush after hearing me out. That is all I needed to get my Hond a back to running like new. Also the waiting area and coffee makes it a wonderful place to service my vehicle, since there is a quiet room where I can sit back and relax while my car is getting serviced. Finally, my service provider came back to greet and give me the car key with an explanation of repairs and charges made and a great smile on her face! More
