Inspection & brakes I was very disappointed this trip to the service center... I felt as if the service rep did t take the time to read my issues and didn’t see that I ha I was very disappointed this trip to the service center... I felt as if the service rep did t take the time to read my issues and didn’t see that I had recently spent 500 on getting my brakes done there 4 weeks earlier , had the rotors replaced surfaced & then he tells me the squeaking noise I’m now hearing is because I break to hard ???? And that I’ve had the rotors resurfaced so many times that I need new ones .. after i explained to him this was the FIRST time since purchasing the car in from in 2015 that I’ve ever had the breaks done as I don’t use the car often Very disappointed this trip to your service center Lori mallimo More
