The service dept sales staff should better understand customer satisfaction. When a customer asked if there’s any service deals and the rep is not truthful, and when you point out the current ads and are customer satisfaction. And the cashier gives me a more lame answer by telling me that they aren’t told of the advertise specials. So this is the way the New Babylon Honda does business! Your staff needs better training, and thanks for not attempting to make any adjustments. There are other Honda dealers in town! More
