The service man Steve was quite condescending upon my initial intake info on Monday, so not called for. Waited another two and have hours on Wednesday for repair— no loner car available—really? Part replaced but now have new issues with head lights and dash indicator lights. My lease has been since April 15, 2021 and I’m extremely disappointed with service. I have just learned that the “ new Honda” is part of Atlantic- the complete reason I left Atlantic Chevrolet. If this car becomes a lemon issue it will not fare well for Honda. More
Over booked. Poor workmanship. Did not value my time. Service rep discouraged the recall work because it was a Saturday. I made appointment 3 weeks earlier. They were Terri ble my car is like new and they didn't put new inspection on it. Saying it failed inspection and i should drive my car more they said they didn't have time to finish come back.next wee put new inspection on it. Unprofessional. I had to bring my 2019 Honda Civic here because the fuel pump was recalled, and I needed an inspection. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. Upon arrival they asked me how much gas I had in my car and I said a full tank. They said they can only fix the recall if there is less than a half a tank on has in the car. Someone should have told me that before hand, how would I know that. They had to reschedule the service for two weeks later. I told them they could still follow through with the inspection. When they called that my car was ready to be picked up, I got dropped off there and STILL waited an hour. Why call me and tell me it's ready if it's not?? I work from home so I went to pick it up thinking I would be back home in 10 minutes since I live down the block, I was back home an hour and a half later. Very poor service. If my car wasn't a lease I would not be bringing it here. More
