Terrible customer service. My car was there for over a week. I think they forgot about it because when I called after 24 hours for status, I couldn’t get anyone on the whole. I booked online in early 5/2021 for a 10:00am 6/12/21 oil change and replacement of front and back windshield wiper blades. I arrived to the dealership around 9:50am. In addition to the oil change, the thre change and replacement of front and back windshield wiper blades. I arrived to the dealership around 9:50am. In addition to the oil change, the three blade replacement was to be $25. i waited for a little over two and one half hours. after 12:00pm still waiting for my car i am told the rear blade was not “a genuine Honda blade” and this blade itself would cost $45. Clear dishonesty because i have never taken my car elsewhere to be serviced therefore its impossible for that blade to not be “a genuine Honda blade”. I declined replacement of the rear wiper blade and I was going to just plead for my car back so I could just leave. Will not be returning. More

My son brought in his 2019 Honda Accord and spoke with kassandra for a tire replacement. He was quoted a price of $206 plus the $45 to install. He gave permission/authorization over the phone for them to replace the tire. When he went to pick up the car, the price of the tire listed was $238 plus the $45 to instal. When he questioned the difference in price after the fact, he was told “oh yea the tire originally quoted was discontinued and we had to use a more expensive one” no one ever called to tell him of the price increase nor did he technically authorize them to put the more expensive tire on the car. Basically they were like sorry no one called you but it is what it is. I mean its not our fault the tire was discontinued and honda should have honored the price he was quoted originally. More
