Joke of a Dealership I had a horrible experience with this dealership after having my car towed from Portage, IN after my transmission and engine lights went on. It start I had a horrible experience with this dealership after having my car towed from Portage, IN after my transmission and engine lights went on. It started when I arrived, Brian rushed me through what was wrong with my car and told me they would call me Thursday all in about 3 minutes of me arriving. (It was the week of Christmas, which was fine). My horrible experience really started when they told me they had to charge me for their service, even though my car was not even a year old. They said my air filter was "Clogged" which after getting multiple opinions, found out that was physically impossible. Because it was a "Maintenance Issue" they told me it was my fault for not servicing my car, even though I had proof of my air filter being checked not even a month prior to this incident at another location. After seeing I was physically upset, All Brian could tell me was "Yeah, I don't know. It's a code I've never seen before" BIG HELP. I get it charge me the $30 to change an air filter, but I should have never been charged $115 for labor for a car that is not even a year old under warranty. That was the most absurd part. I was sent over to the cashier to pay the $145 dollars I should not have been charged. After being stared at by 5 sales people standing in a circle, with not one asking if I needed help, I finally approached them as asked for a cashier. The one who decided to help me was extremely rude and sarcastic because he knew I was upset about the service department. Carol the cashier was pleasant.....at first. After paying and being told my car would be pulled up front. I went outside and waited for over 20 minutes. I went back in to talk to Carol to see what was taking so long. She chose to ignore me and talk to one of her other employees instead then walk away when she was done, ignoring me again. The final HORRIBLE experience at Thomas was when my car was finally pulled up, all of my paperwork for my car that was originally in my glove box was all taken out and left on the floor of my passenger seat. As well as filthy greasy handprints on the interior of the drivers door. (I have pictures of everything) This dealership is a joke. I highly recommend no one steps foot in here. More

Work not performed correctly We brought one of our fleet vehicles in for brakes, cost a lot more ($1152) and work was not performed correctly. Had to return vehicle to shop AGAI We brought one of our fleet vehicles in for brakes, cost a lot more ($1152) and work was not performed correctly. Had to return vehicle to shop AGAIN. This happens each and every time we bring in a vehicle for service. If the extra work was warranted that was fine, but at least perform the work correctly. It is very frustrating and inconvenient to keep returning these company vehicles each and every time to get something fixed correctly. Not to mention our business being with out vehicles that are needed each day. More

Great Service Center. I didn’t have an appointment to get a oil change. Took me as a walk-in. I was told I’d have a wait of 1-1.5hr wait. My car was ready within 30 mins.
