After realizing it wasn't the headlight but something else they were able to fix it promptly with no extra charge. Kelly came out and checked on me and updated me multiple times to make sure everything was ok. Absolutely professional and definitely would recommend their service department to anyone. More

Service appointment I will never go back to Thomas Dodge after scheduling an appointment for a Tuesday morning, dropped my vehicle off Monday after work to be looked at f I will never go back to Thomas Dodge after scheduling an appointment for a Tuesday morning, dropped my vehicle off Monday after work to be looked at first thing Tuesday. I received a call Tuesday at 5pm saying that my truck hasn’t been in to be looked at yet because “I wasn’t on the appointment schedule” one would think to double check that the day I drop my truck off, not after it has sat there an entire day. I understand mistakes happen, but all of Wednesday goes on so I call around 3pm to check the status of my truck. I was told again it still hasn’t gotten in to be looked at. I’ve been paying for a rental since Monday evening and now we’re going into Thursday Fourth of July when the service department is closed. I went and picked my truck up and told them forget about my “appointment”. Service department handled their mistake very poorly. I will not be back. More
Good work Your service team did an excellent job of addressing my problem on my vehicle. My only complaint is that when I received my vehicle back there were so Your service team did an excellent job of addressing my problem on my vehicle. My only complaint is that when I received my vehicle back there were some small issues that have caused me to spend even more time trying to get resolved. First issue and really a super easy issue was my date and time on the radio was all messed up. This is a simple fix but something that should have been caught. The other issue is my remote start system that was working when I brought the truck in no longer works. More

Good Service but Dishonest I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel rotation. The service was excellent and I was on my way in an hour. As I left the dealership, I noti I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel rotation. The service was excellent and I was on my way in an hour. As I left the dealership, I noticed a noise underneath the vehicle that was not the when I brought it in. I turned around and went directly back. They took the car into the shop right away and about 10 minutes later the Service Advisor approached me with an oil drain shield in her hand and explained the the cap that fits in the center hole is held on by a clip that broke off, and this was the cause of the noise. When I questioned why it was fine when I brought the car in but was not fine immediately after the Service tech had accessed it, she told me " it just happens". I have been driving cars for a long time, I've seen this before, and I have a son who is a mechanic. I know this does not just happen. Had they repaired it and covered the cost of their error, I would have accepted it. Since they denied any error on their part and charged me for the part they just lost a customer, and one who is looking for a new car. More
