I was sold a car that had illegal tint on the windows I found out because I was pulled over for this, the USB ports do not work, the safety locks on 1 side of the wheels are stripped and they want to charge me $135 just to attempt to remove them (this is how the car was sold to me), the back up camera quit working after less than 1 year, and the list goes on. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They are so unaccommidating AND they act as if the literally don't give a xxxx. All they seem to care about is selling cars off their lot and not customer satisfaction. If I could give this dealership/service experience a zero star rating, I would! More

Unwilling to fix a common issue with Durango’s I brought my 2017 Durango in because of the rear tail light (passenger side) being burnt out due to water getting stuck in there. It’s a common issue because I’ve read many stories about this online when I looked into it and I personally know of two other people who encountered this problem. The first thing the service members said was “you’re warranty is up”. He wasn’t interested in looking at it or helping. Everything is “covered” and “all great” when you’re buying a vehicle from them, but when it comes time to fix something or there’s an issue, it’s never their problem and they’re never willing to work with you until you have to get mean and demanding. They like to take advantage of people. I hate dealing with them. More

The service advisor Mr. J R Teslow came out 2 tell me that they didn't have any 10W30 bcause many vehicles do not use that brand any more that they have 2 go out and get some it will only take a few more minutes, I told him NP. I really do appreciate that bcause I know 4 a fact that 10W30 work's best 4 my vehicle. next time I'll bring the oil with me! More
